Valerie shares her personal testimony through speaking engagements and has partnered with Cascade United Methodist church to reach out to homeless & battered women.
Educational Scholarships
The Dear Chris Foundation, inspired by her late son, Christopher Jermaine Smith is a scholorship fund that promotes education among African American males suffering from physical limitations. Valerie has released a memoir "Dear Chris, Conversations With My Son" in honor of Christopher to benefit the Dear Chris Foundation.
Housing Assistance
LeBaron Lights, LLC a housing and training assistance program works to assist low income families & individuals.
